Colliban Foodstore is a unique, innovative concept in food retailing. Located in the spa country, equidistant between Daylesford and Woodend, at Trentham, one hours drive from Melbourne CBD.

The aim is to create a comfortable environment, both indoors and out, that appeals to several demographics and reflects the history of the region in order to serve quality produce with respectful service, on a consistent basis, at a fair price.

We combine a retail produce store, serving breakfast along with a wine focussed restaurant. We are a highly motivated and passionate team, dedicated to developing the business into a regional icon.
