Chef Peter Ojansuu, first trained under the inspirational Jeremy Strode at Langtons restaurant and wine bar. This experience became the foundation of his passion towards French inspired food, classic techniques and a strong emphasis in charcuterie. His team will source the freshest, highest quality seasonal produce Australia has to offer, cook them simply and present them with the minium of fuss with just enough flair to create some interest through contrasts of flavour and textures.
Peter and his kitchen team offer a menu of adaptions of contemporary classics utilising the freshest produce and pantry items from the food store as well as seasonal specialities with the weekly changing menu, matched with an extensive wine list featuring benchmark wine labels.
